If you are a high school or a middle school representative and are interested in contacting CSOA about refereeing matches for your school we would be happy to review your request. CSOA will consider contract requests from any school located in Northern Virginia and within a 50 to 75 mile radius from Washington, D.C.

 

To begin this process contact us with an e-mail expressing your interest at (csoa@comcast.net) and then send in writing to the CSOA Secretary/Treasurer Dave Dunlap by fax or mail at the address below. Please submit your request on school letterhead and include services requested such as the number of games and seasons for which you would like CSOA officiating.
